Chiropractor

I swear by my chiropractor for back pain. I get low back pain with shooting pain down my leg. Ironically, it's coming from my neck. Through much trial and error, my chiropractor finally figured out that the bone in my neck that keeps going out is giving me low back pain and the pain down my leg (sciatic I think). As long as we keep my neck in shape, I'm good!
