Gee Mike, that sounds pretty sad. Do you know what is causing your pain? Have you seen anyone about treating your pain?

Seems like no one is going to be able to help you treat your pain until you decide to start trying to treat your pain.

Sitting in a bed full of remorse and regret is not likely to be very helpful. Have you tried to think or figure out what next step would be helpful?

Even if your pain will never go away, (there are lots of us in that same boat) your pain can be managed and you can reclaim your life.

But, it starts with you nobody can do it for you. You have to get up and get to work doing whatever you can to manage your pain.

Maybe some of the others on this site that are living with chronic pain will chime in with their thoughts about what you said.
