Keep Going

This page and others like it gave me good advice. In the past no one could help me help others so I stayed away from it.

Reading this page helped me see the good side of things. Now the next time I am faced with my own or someone else problem I will at least know more about how to help others and myself.

I'm happy to have learned this. You give people a better outlook on life.
