Of Course It Should

Any substance that helps people deal with their chronic pain should be available to them. Especially when it is under the supervision of their physician.

There are some abuses in the areas where this has been legalized but these are because of inadequate system of regulation, not because it is a bad drug.

With appropriate management of the distribution system and controls on who prescribes and distributes the medication; marijuana can bring significant relief.
