Gluten vs Pain
My granddaughter was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease so there has been a lot of talk in the family about gluten and wheat and going gluten free. I have been doing some research and it seems that there is a lot of anecdotal evidence that going gluten free or avoiding wheat can help relieve pain in some inflammatory type conditions, such as fibromyalgia or arthritis.
So I just wanted to throw this out and see if anybody has had any experience or thoughts on gluten, wheat, or anti-inflammatory foods.
